Day Nursery in Leeds City Centre (Oxford Place)
5-6 Oxford Place, Leeds LS1 3AX
Overview
About Leeds Oxford Place
In the heart of the city, Kids Planet Leeds Oxford Place cares for children from six weeks to five years, a short walk from Leeds train station. Our garden, soft play room and sensory room give children different places to explore and enjoy. Visits to museums and local nature spots bring the city into their learning.
Our Inspire-accredited nursery also offers sports coaching, with support for children with additional needs. Settling-in visits help your child get to know the people and surroundings that will become part of their day. You’ll have time to talk with us about their routines before they start. Term-time places are available.

Lauren Gray
ManagerWith several years’ experience in management, I bring a strong background in leading teams, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of care and education. I have also worked for Kids Planet for the past three years, and as a qualified teacher with experience across both school and nursery settings, I understand how crucial the early years are in laying the foundations for a child’s future. My vision for Oxford Place is to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
Fresh Outdoor Adventures
Explore, play, and grow together
Our newly refurbished garden is a vibrant and engaging space where children can enjoy the freedom of outdoor play every day. With artificial grass for safe exploration and a variety of open-ended resources, there’s always something exciting to discover. From riding bikes to playing mini golf, making music with ukuleles to spotting colours through stained glass animals, the garden offers endless opportunities for learning through play. It’s the perfect place to develop coordination, creativity, and confidence in the great outdoors.
