About Headingley
Kids Planet Headingley gives children a small woodland to explore alongside spacious rooms and secure outdoor areas. In Woodhouse, just outside Leeds city centre, our nursery was formerly Tiny Tree Day Nursery. Sensory experiences offer hands-on discovery indoors, and our team supports children with additional needs.
Settling-in sessions give your child time to become familiar with our nursery and begin forming relationships with us before regular days start. You can ask questions and share their routines as we get to know your family. Term-time places are available, with on-site parking and pram storage for different ways of getting here.

Kim Harrison
ManagerMy name is Kim, and I am the Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Headingley, formerly Tiny Tree Day Nursery. I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with a BA (Hons) in Childhood, Youth and Early Years.
I am passionate about giving children the very best start in life and love to watch them grow, flourish, and achieve their potential. I joined the nursery in 2014 as Deputy Manager, and through dedication and a strong commitment to high-quality early years practice, I proudly progressed into the role of Manager.
As a mother myself, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident in the care their child receives. My team and I are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment—one that reflects the Kids Planet ethos and supports each child’s learning, wellbeing, and development every day.
