About Halton
At Kids Planet Halton, we recognise that children develop at different rates and support their learning accordingly. Our nurserywelcomes babies through to preschoolers, with gardens for outdoor play in all weathers. Local outings add discoveries that children can bring back into their play and expands the world around them.
Settling-in visits help your child get to know nursery gradually and begin forming relationships with our team. They give us time to learn about your child from you, too. Term-time care is available, and on-site parking and pram storage help families manage the practicalities of daily nursery attendance.

Katy Dyer
ManagerI have worked at Halton since 2013 and progressed in my career from Senior Nursery Nurse to Nursery Manager. I am married with 2 boys age 4 and 9 who both attended Halton. My favourite part about the job is developing a strong staff team through meeting the staffs professional training needs and making staff well being a priority. I take great pride in developing strong, positive relationships with our families and parent partnership is something I feel very strongly about. My favourite thing about early years is how every day is different and watching each child develop in their own unique, individual way.
Adventures Beyond the Classroom
Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
