Kids Planet Austhorpe was previously part of the Sunbeams nursery group. We pride ourselves on placing a strong emphasis on providing an enabling, fun and friendly environment to support each unique child’s learning and development. At Austhorpe, we are committed to meeting the needs of babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers in their own special areas.

Leanne is the nursery manager at Kids Planet Austhorpe.

She joined Austhorpe Nursey Leeds in September 2009 as a senior nursery Nurse and worked her way up to join the managers team in 2014. As well as being a mum of two with 19 years’ experience with working in Early years, she holds a level 3 Diploma and Level 4 in Early Childhood polices, as well as a Level 3 Management. She is very passionate when it comes to child development and working with the practitioners to build a rich learning environment for the children.
