Kids Planet West Hagbourne

Kids Planet West Hagbourne, formerly Little Acorns, is a warm and welcoming nursery set on the outskirts of West Hagbourne, near Didcot, surrounded by the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. With an abundance of green space and natural surroundings, the nursery provides a calm and inspiring environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.

Children are encouraged to be curious, resilient, and confident, with opportunities to try new things, solve problems, and build positive relationships with adults and friends. Each child is recognised as unique and supported to develop at their own pace in a safe and nurturing setting.

Guided by strong values and a child-centred curriculum, Kids Planet West Hagbourne helps children leave feeling confident, capable, and excited for their next steps.

I have worked in childcare since I was 17, beginning my career as a trainee nursery assistant at Little Acorns and progressing through to management. I am now the Nursery Manager at Kids Planet West Hagbourne. I love watching children grow and seeing their individual personalities shine through each day.

We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals and snacks, catering to all dietary needs to keep little ones fuelled for a day of learning and play. With sports activities to support physical development and the Famly app for real-time updates, we ensure every child gets the best start in a safe, nurturing environment.
