Our Davenport Nursery Raise Over £765 For Sport Relief 2018

Kids Planet Davenport has raised over £765.00 for Sport Relief.

Our Davenport nursery recently held a sponsored dance competition with children dancing for a minute every day for a week. Supported by parents and staff, other events in the nursery included an outdoor obstacle course where tots experimented with crawling and jumping.

Sports Relief is one of biggest fundraising events in the UK and, to date, its 2018 campaign has raised over £38m – money that will support projects both here and in the poorest countries around the world, from fighting malaria to improving maternal health.

Natalie Littlewood, Nursery Manager, said “Our children loved taking part in Sport Relief. It was a great opportunity to get active and have fun whilst raising money for a brilliant cause.”

Kids Planet Davenport is a purpose-built nursery next to Cale Green Park and close to Stockport town centre. Open between 7:30am and 6:15pm, it provides a range of facilities including a secure outdoor play area and a sensory room.
