Our Preston Nursery Are Raising Funds For Ronald McDonald House Charities

The Ronald McDonald House Charities has received donations of £232.50 following an Open Day at Kids Planet, Preston earlier this month.

The Open Day held at the Ofsted Outstanding nursery based in Fulwood, invited local families to meet staff and view the facilities. Children were entertained with a variety of stalls, games and face painting.  Visiting the nursery on the day was the Mayor and Mayoress of Preston.

Ronald McDonald House Charities provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation to families while their child is in hospital. The charity has particular significance with the nursery having recently supported one of their families.
