    Julie Stamps

    Manager

I have worked in childcare since the age of 18, with an adult child of my own and my team and I are passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and over-all well-being. We lead by example here at Donisthorpe to ensure every team member has the knowledge, skills and resources they need to provide high-quality care and education. Our aim is to create an environment where every chid is supported, encouraged and given the opportunity to reach their full potential. The child is at the heart of everything we do, and we place great importance on building links with the local community. The children have regular opportunities to explore and learn beyond the setting, with frequent trips and outings to local woodlands, the canal and local forestry areas.

Adventures Beyond the Classroom

Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play

At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
