Overview
About Fieldside
Kids Planet Fieldside gives children a rural setting for learning in nature, with garden spaces and an outdoor classroom used in all weathers. Local outings bring more discoveries into their day, while sensory play indoors offers time for hands-on investigation. Our team helps your child explore their interests through these experiences.
Sports sessions encourage children to enjoy movement and practise new physical skills. Our team also adjusts care and activities for children with additional needs, so they can take part at their own pace. We consider how each child learns and participates, making support part of everyday nursery life.

Simera Nathan
ManagerI have worked in Early Years for over a decade, supporting many children and families throughout my career. I began my journey as a Room Lead and have since progressed into managerial roles. I hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and am currently completing my Level 5 Early Years Foundation Degree.
My strengths lie in building positive relationships with children and their families, and in supporting each child’s individual needs, wellbeing and development. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two children, making memories and going on adventures together.
Adventures Beyond the Classroom
Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
