Overview

About Turnbridge

A long-standing team welcomes children to Kids Planet Turnbridge, helping them build familiar relationships as they grow. Our nursery occupies a large property with a homely feel and secure outdoor play space. Sensory experiences offer hands-on discovery, while sessions with a sports coach bring active play into the day.

Nursery Manager Rachel Taylor has worked here for ten years, progressing from practitioner to manager. She holds a BTEC National Diploma in children’s care and development, with experience as a SEND lead, Behaviour Management lead and Safeguarding Lead. This knowledge helps us consider what each child needs to feel comfortable and take part in nursery life.

Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
