Overview
About Wallsend
At Kids Planet Wallsend, a dedicated key worker gets to know your child well as they grow through our five age-group rooms. Children have plenty of experiences to explore, including a sensory room and dance studio, with sports and soft play rooms for movement.
Cooking and gardening clubs let children get involved in practical activities, and weekly sports coaching helps them practise physical skills. Our large garden and a nearby community park add opportunities to be outdoors. Our team supports your child using their knowledge and familiarity to help them learn through the things they enjoy.

Bringing Learning to Life with Outdoor Play
At Kids Planet, we believe the great outdoors is one of the best learning environments. Our unique nature-based learning encourages children to explore, take on new challenges, and develop essential life skills through hands-on outdoor experiences. Whether it’s discovering wildlife, growing vegetables, or engaging in active play, we provide endless opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive in the natural world.
