Nursery in Wigston: Leicestershire

With over 20 years of experience in both school and early years settings, I have dedicated my career to supporting young children from the very start of their learning journeys. I spent 10 years as the manager of the Wigston setting, where I developed strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of high-quality early years provision.
I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies and a National Professional Qualification (NPQ) in Early Years Leadership, which underpin my commitment to continuous learning and best practice.
As a parent of four children, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my role. I am particularly passionate about supporting and advocating for children with SEND and their families, ensuring every child feels included, valued, and able to thrive.
I strongly believe in building positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers, working in partnership to support each child’s development. Alongside an outstanding team of dedicated colleagues, I strive to ensure that every child in our care is happy, safe, and flourishing in a nurturing environment.
